生まれ持った才能を心と体から引き出す
エンターティナー✨彩加【あやか】です！
これまで2回にわたって、
私のロゴが生まれた背景や、
その意味についてお話ししてきました。
今回はいよいよロゴストーリー最終回。
・あやかロゴがどんな役割を担うのか
というテーマでお届けします。
✅ 障がいのある方との仕事に興味がある
✅ 「何か人助けをしたいけど何から始めればいいか分からない！」
そんな方たちに届きますように。

【過去の記事のふり返り】
障がいのあるお子さんと接する
機会を持った保護者の方々から、
彼らを「唯一無二の存在」として大切に思い
その魅力を本人に伝えたいという声を聞きました。
私も同じ気持ちです。
子どもたちの成長を共に喜び、
保護者と分かち合える場を大切にしています。
…でも実際には、
講師と保護者がじっくり話せる時間は限られているなと
講師である私も感じてきました。
「子供たちの良さに気づいてることを
どうしたらもっとたくさんの人に知っていただけるのだろう？」
そんな気持ちを抱えていたとき、
ロゴ入りTシャツの販売に挑戦することになりました。
その際、友人からこんなメッセージをもらいます。
彩加さんが架ける橋の先には、
さまざまな人々が共に笑い、学び、成長し、喜び合う姿が見える。
私は閃きました(笑)
あやかロゴは、そんな世界への扉となって
自分の代わりに人と人をつなぐ役割を果たしていく。
「このロゴにできることが、まだまだあるんじゃない？」
ここからは
あやかロゴが果たす“3つの役割”をご紹介します。
【あやかロゴが担う、3つの大切な役割】
1. 「多様な仲間の存在」を伝えるシンボル
あやかロゴの地球は、
カラフルなクレヨンが集まってできています。
形も色もバラバラなクレヨンは、
私の大切な仲間たち。
「くれよんさん」です。
年齢、性別、障がいの有無に関係なく、
それぞれが世界を彩る存在です。
このロゴには、誰の思いも受け止められる
“居場所”があります。
見る人に
「どんな自分でも、ここにいていい」
と安心感を持ってもらえたら嬉しいです。
② 言葉を超えた“共感”のやりとりを助ける
もしかしたら、あなたにも
こんな経験があるかもしれません。
✅ 表現が苦手で損をしてしまった
✅ 言葉にコンプレックスを感じている
✅ 自由に表現できなくて、もどかしさを抱えている
実は、私自身もそのひとりです。
だからこそ、音楽やダンスという
非言語の表現を大切にしています。
このロゴを見て、
「まだ上手く表現できないけど、あなたの存在を感じてるよ」
「障がいのある子やキッズに寄り添いたい」
「どう接していいか分からないけど、優しさを持ちたい」
—そう感じられただけで素敵な一歩となります。
私が思い描く“共感”のかたちは、
ふと目が合って、思わず笑い合う——
そんな、ささやかな瞬間です。
それはきっと、
海外を旅しているときのような感覚に
近いのかもしれません。
言葉が通じなくても、
笑顔やしぐさひとつで
「大丈夫だよ」って伝わる、
あのあたたかさと安心感です。
その笑顔のすぐそばに、
そっと彩加ロゴがあって、
気づけば心の距離が少しだけ近づいている。
そんなふうに、
共感の波がふわっと広がっていくような——
そんな風景が、あちこちで自然に生まれていったら
素敵なことだと思うのです。
③ 行動への「きっかけ」となる存在に
子どものころ、
大好きなおもちゃを持っていると安心したり、
できなかったことが
できるようになったこと、ありませんでしたか？
私のロゴも、そんなお守りのように励ます
存在であれたらと思っています。
最近の私は、手話を学び続けています。
一緒にヨガをする仲間やスタッフの皆さんが、
丁寧に、時には無条件の愛（笑）
を持って教えてくださいます。
もちろん、最初の一歩には勇気が必要です。
それが筆談やスマホでの文字入力でも、
相手を思いやる気持ちは
しっかり届くと感じています。
ちなみに最近の私が
常に持ち歩くのがこれです。
百均とかで見かけるようになった
タブレット。
話が盛り上がります(笑)
「どうしたらいいか分からない」
「上手く伝わるのか心配」と思う人たちにとって
このロゴを見たら
「やってみよう！」と意欲が湧いて
それが行動になる。
誰かの心が動いたときに、そっと背中を押してくれるような、
そんな“そばにあるチカラ”でありたいのです。

こうして今の私は結局のところ
このロゴに育てられています(笑)
そしてあるチャレンジを決めました。
それは…
手話仲間と踊るダンスワークショップ
「手話仲間とあやかダンス！」 の開催です！
手話のレベルはまだまだですが、
仲間たちの「やってみたい！」という想いに背中を押されました。
手話に興味のある方や
いつもと変わった環境を求めている方にも
おすすめです。

【Review from the Previous Blog Post】
Some parents who occasionally meet children with special needs shared their feelings:
They want to cherish children with special needs as unique and wonderful individuals, and let them know how attractive they are.
I feel exactly the same way.
I want to celebrate the growth of the children I teach and keep finding opportunities to share that joy with their parents.
However, even as a teacher standing in front of the kids, the time to talk deeply with parents is often limited.

I started wondering:
“How can I inspire more people to notice the wonderful talents each child has within them?”
Holding onto that wish, I decided to challenge myself—by producing and selling my first original T-shirts.
At that time, a friend sent me this message:
Over the bridge that Ayaka crosses,
I see people smiling, learning, growing, and delighting in each other.
This message sparked an idea in my heart! (laughs)
I realized:
Maybe Ayaka’s logo could become a door to that exciting world, connecting people even when I’m not physically there.
I thought,
“There must be so many things this logo can help achieve!”
From here, I’ll introduce the three roles that Ayaka’s logo can play.
【The Three Important Roles of Ayaka’s Logo】
1. A Symbol That Acknowledges “Various Buddies” Exist
Ayaka’s logo is made up of colorful crayons, gathered together in the shape of the Earth. Each crayon has a different shape and color, but all of them are my precious buddies—what I call “Crayon-san.” Each crayon adds its own color to this world, regardless of age, gender, or disabilities.
It represents a safe space where anyone’s feelings are welcome. If someone sees my logo and feels safe—feels like they belong no matter who they are—I would be truly happy.
2. A Bridge for Sympathy Beyond Words
Have you ever felt:
✅ Struggling to express yourself in words?
✅ Frustrated with communication?
✅ Feeling like you can’t fully express yourself freely?
I have felt this way many times too. That’s why I cherish nonverbal expressions like dance and music so much. Even if you can’t express everything in words, seeing this logo might inspire a small, first feeling:

“I might not have the right words, but I understand you.”

“I want to get closer to people with special needs.”
-
“I’m not sure how to communicate, but at least I want to show kindness.”
Sometimes sympathy shows itself in the simplest ways—like when two travelers meet, exchange smiles, and feel connected even without sharing the same language.
In front of those natural smiles, I imagine my logo gently present—quietly supporting those human connections. Like ripples spreading gently across water, I hope these moments of sympathy and understanding will quietly but surely grow everywhere.
Wouldn’t that be wonderful?
3. A Spark for First Actions
When you were a child, did holding your favorite toy ever make you feel braver or help you achieve something you thought you couldn’t? I hope my logo can be like a small charm, encouraging that same feeling.
Recently, I started learning Japanese Sign Language. My yoga buddies and staff have become my sign language teachers—teaching with such kindness and sometimes even unconditional love! (laughs)
Of course, taking the first step always needs a little courage. Even small actions—like typing on a mobile phone—can show care and consideration. I always carry a writing tablet I bought at a 300-yen shop! It makes communication much smoother and more fun.
There may be people who think, “I don’t know how to help,” or “I’m not confident I can say things properly.”
When they see my logo, I hope it will inspire them to take action: “Let me give it a try!”
When someone’s heart moves even a little, I want to gently support them.
I want my Crayon Earth logo to be the friend that’s always cheering them on.

【My Current Challenge!】
Lately, it feels like even my logo is taking care of me! (laughs)
While rewriting these posts, I decided to take on a new challenge—organizing workshops for my “Hand Sign Buddies”! The workshop will happen soon during the upcoming holidays.
I was motivated to plan it thanks to my hand sign friends, and I’m so excited to see everyone and discover a new world together. I’ll definitely share how it goes afterward!
